Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Susy Ivy Accounting website, secure client portal, and related online services (collectively, the "Services") operated by Susy Ivy Accounting CORP ("SIA," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Website and Portal

The website provides general information about SIA, its services, and topics related to accounting, tax preparation, bookkeeping, payroll, and business advisory.

The secure client portal is available to authorized clients for document exchange, account management, and communication in connection with professional services.

Authorized Accounts

Portal access is limited to individuals and accounts that SIA has specifically authorized. Each authorized user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activity that occurs under their account.

You must promptly notify SIA of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security concern.

Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of information and documents you provide through the Services. SIA is not responsible for errors or omissions resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by you.

You are responsible for keeping your contact information current and for reviewing communications from SIA in a timely manner.

SIA does not claim ownership of client documents or information.

Services provided pursuant to an actual client engagement are governed by the applicable engagement agreement and the circumstances of that engagement. Portal access by itself does not define or modify the scope of a professional engagement.

Intellectual Property

The content, design, and branding of the Services are the property of SIA and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial reference.

The Susy Ivy Accounting Portal incorporates proprietary software developed by Anthon Cauper and licensed to Susy Ivy Accounting CORP. The licensing of the software to SIA does not transfer ownership of client information to the software developer.

Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with or provide access to third-party tools and services. SIA is not responsible for the availability, content, privacy practices, or accuracy of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

Availability

SIA strives to maintain reliable access to the Services but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. SIA may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. SIA is not liable for any inconvenience or loss arising from service interruptions.
